There is plenty to satisfy the avid shopper in the Cotswolds, with lots of interesting boutiques, delicatessens, gift shops, interior designers, jewellers and galleries to browse.

Stow-on-the-Wold is famous the world over for antiques, especially English oak and walnut pieces, as well as having several art galleries. You'll find antique shops too in Moreton-in-Marsh, Broadway and Burford, amongst others.

Burford: The steep High Street provides some wonderful shopping and browsing.

Cheltenham: Montpellier - an exclusive shopping street near The Queen's Hotel offers plenty of lovely shops.

Further afield, Bath & Stratford Upon Avon have excellent high quality shops.
